Is this product made in the USA?

Yes, all products are made in Austin, Texas.

How long does your product last?

Our 8oz candles have a burning time of around 40-50 hours, while our 14oz candles can burn for approximately 60-70 hours. To maximize the efficiency of your product, remember to trim the wick before each use.

How do I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel my order?

If you require any modifications or changes to the details or products in your order, you have a 30-minute window to cancel it. To streamline the process, please ensure that you enter accurate information before finalizing your order.

How is the product made?

Luminosa Vida candles are hand-poured with purpose and love in Texas with luxurious coconut wax, phthalate-free fragrance oil, and slow-burning cotton wicks. All of our products are pet friendly and our packaging is eco-friendly as we are consistently looking for ways to protect and preserve our environment.

How do I contact your customer service support?

If you have any questions or issues regarding your order or the products you received, feel free to reach out to us at hola@luminosavida.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours.

How would I know if this product is safe to use?

Luminosa Vida candles are free from toxins, cruelty-free, and suitable for vegans. They can be safely burned in households with children and/or pets. To ensure safety, always keep the candles within sight and away from flammable items. Additionally, remember to keep them out of reach of children and pets.

Shipping & Returns

When will I receive my orders?

All orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after order is received excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow additional time for orders submitted during the weekend or during holidays.

Do you ship worldwide?

Please note we currently only ship within the United States.

What if I received damage package?

Please inspect your order and contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If your purchase comes damaged upon arrival, immediately send us an email at hola@luminosavida.com with photo proof and your order number so we can assist you in a timely manner.

I entered a wrong shipping address.

If you feel you have entered the wrong shipping address, you may contact us hola@luminosavida.com immediately upon placing your order.

Do you accept returns? If so, what's your policy?

While all candles and wax melt are handmade by batches.

We thoroughly examine and carefully package all our products before sending them out.

Our return policy allows for exchanges or refunds within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, please note that used candles cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must meet the following criteria: it should be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it provided you provide proof of damage within 3 days of delivery.

Items that are not eligible for return or exchange include gift cards, used items, items damaged due to misuse or negligence, clearance items, and unverified purchases.

When returning an item, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your return. We do not assume responsibility for stolen or lost packages during transit.

Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Items with manufacturer defects are eligible for replacement with the same item. However, items that have been damaged due to misuse or gross negligence are not eligible for return or exchange. If your item(s) sustains damage during shipping, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift card equivalent to the current retail price, provided it meets our return policy eligibility standards.

Please note that the return policy is subject to change, and we reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.

Can I exchange my order for something else?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do you accept refunds?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Some may take 10-15 banking days.

Extreme Weather Conditions Coconut wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment could be delayed during extreme weather conditions.
